  • Help! I haven’t received my ticket. Where is it?

You should have had your tickets sent to you within a couple of hours. If you don’t have it, please check your spam inbox as some tickets end up there. Still no ticket? Message us on Facebook and we’ll look into this for you!

  • Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you can if you want to, but as long as you have the ticket ready either printed or on your phone, you’re good.

  • Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes you can, though these will be subject to availability & will be more expensive than advance tickets.

On-the-door tickets will be £15  for adults and £5 for children under 14.

  • Can I re-enter with my tickets?

No, Pride Cymru operates on an at any one time figure so if a customer leaves this makes way for another person to enter the event site. This is how we maintain our capacity and ensure a safe event for all to attend.

  • I bought tickets for a friend but the ticket has my name on it. Do they need to enter with me?

No they don’t, as long as you have a ticket, you can enter. Once the ticket is scanned it cannot be reused so this shouldn’t be an issue.

  • Will I need to queue if I already have a ticket?

Even though you have purchased a ticket this does not guarantee immediate entry and there may be queues on the day. Due capacity limits, the event may be operating on a 1-out-1-in basis, this may mean queuing for entry. There will be dedicated lanes for those who have pre-purchased their tickets, so that entry to the event site is as efficient as possible. Please bare this in mind when attending.

Anyone, who purchased the VIP package will have a queue jump.

  • Can I bring food and drink in?

Yes you can bring food in.  Plastic bottles can be brought in if sealed up to a max of 500ml. No alcohol, no glass bottles, no cans, no barbecues will be allowed on-site and bags will be checked as you enter.

Refillable bottles can also be brought in, however they must be empty. There will be water fountains on site where you can fill your bottles. We won’t be able to let any bottles in that aren’t see through.

  • Is there a limit to my bag size when I go in?

All bags are subject to a 100% bag search. We ask attendees to only bring a bag if absolutely necessary and keep the bag to no bigger than a rucksack. Your bag will be searched before you come in, so the smaller the bag, the quicker you’ll get into the event.

  • What happens if I bring alcohol/drugs in?

No. Alcohol will be confiscated and sniffer dogs and police are on-site. Drugs will be taken from you and you’ll be refused entry. Pride Cymru’s Big Weekend is a safe space and we ask everyone to be considerate of all attendees.
